The Crash by Freida McFadden

 Pregnant 23 year old, Tegan, crashes her car in a snowstorm.  A good samaritan stops to help, but may not be the savior she wished for.  I disliked the "conversations" with Little Tuna.  <gag>

I expected much better from the author.
